Frequently asked questions
- 01Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Once processed, you can expect delivery based on your chosen shipping method.
- 02For domestic orders, Ground Shipping takes 3-5 business days.
- 03Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please keep your tracking information, and if you have any concerns after 10 days, email us at service@sweetrosys.com.
- 04All Priority Mail packages are shipped with Signature Confirmation and Insurance up to $100. Report any lost or stolen packages directly to USPS or Route for insured packages.
- 05Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the package. Eligible items will be accepted for store credit only. Please ensure returned items are unopened, and in original packaging.
- 06Returned packages usually take 5-10 business days to process. Once processed, you'll receive store credit accessible through your Sweet Rosy account.
- 07Please fill out our return form included in your package. If not included, include your name, email, phone number, order number, and address inside the package. Ensure the package is in original condition.
